The Dunes residences amenities fall nothing short of what one would expect from living life right on the beach. It’s location is within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach right on the Gulf of Mexico with a few of the towers providing direct beach access. Just a few minutes driving will have residents exploring many of the luxuries the city of Naples has to offer such as the Naples Pier, and shopping plazas including Coconut Point, The Waterside Shops, Coastland Center Mall, and Mercato. In addition, a summer reciprocal program is available for members to sign up for access to a plethora of country clubs throughout the area.

The Plantation Clubhouse

The Plantation Clubhouse covers nine-thousand square feet of recreational bliss. The swimming pool is the best feature here with it’s waterfalls, center island, and lounge chair services having drinks brought to you from the fully stocked Tiki Bar while you enjoy the Florida weather. The Dining Room may be reserved for special occasions or social gathering events for clubs that are formed within the community such as Bridge, fishing, cycling, cooking, and boating, etc.

Fitness Amenities

Rather than water aerobics in the pool, residents have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center with over thirty unique machines to provide the ideal choice of workout preferred. There are six tennis courts with several programs to choose from depending on players skill level from beginners to pro. Afterwords, you’ll have the option to a hot stone treatment or deep cleaning facial.

The Floridian Club

The Floridian Club is an exclusive club for residents occupying units in the Grande Preserve; a fully staffed beach club proving world class food and drink service. In addition, another pool is available to use at your leisure and private beach access.
