The Dunes Neighborhoods

The Dunes Neighborhoods are made up of a total of seven high-rise towers split into the Island Cove community and the Grande Preserve and one low-rise coach home Sea Grove community for those that prefer to live closer towards ground level.

Island Cove

• Antigua is a twelve story tower constructed in 2001 with four unique floor plans. Antigua is also the closest tower to the beach with a private heated swimming pool with spa and outdoor grilling areas.

• Barbados is a twelve story tower with four unique floor plans. Barbados provides it’s residents with a private heated swimming pool with spa and an enjoyable outdoor grilling area.

• Cayman is a twelve story tower with four different floor plans to choose from. The Cayman tower sports a luxurious West Indies lobby with private swimming pool and outdoor gas grills.

Grande Preserve

• Grande Dominica is an eighteen story tower constructed in 2003 and offers very spacious condominiums starting at just under 3,100 square feet. Balcony views overlook the Gulf of Mexico and views of the city lights. An outdoor grilling area, private heated swimming pool with spa and sundeck are provided amenities for the residents at Grande Dominica.

• Grande Excelsior is an eighteen story tower within The Dunes neighborhoods summing a total of ninety units constructed in 2005 and contains three floor plans ranging from 3353 to 3404 square feet under air with lanais overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Unique features for the Grande Excelsior are elevated ceilings, gourmet kitchens, and a semi-private elevator.

• Grande Geneva is a seventeen story tower completed in 2007 housing eighty-four units with three floor plans to choose from ranging from 3,000 to 4,200 square feet. Amenities include a private elevator, master spa bathrooms and dressing rooms, professional kitchens, wine coolers, and six-burner cook tops. Units are provided with a true western exposure over the Gulf of Mexico.

• Grande Phoenician was completed in 2006 and is seventeen stories tall with ninety residential units. Amenities include an outdoor gas grilling area, heated swimming pool and spa, fitness room, wine coolers, spa influenced bathrooms, professional kitchens, and a pool-level social room with catering kitchen. Units overlook the Gulf of Mexico and Turkey Bay.

Sea Grove

• Sea Grove is the last of The Dunes neighborhoods consisting of forty coach homes designed for folks that prefer a home at lower levels. Amenities featured are private entries, two car garages, spacious lanais, and expansive floor plans. Homes here surround an intimate lake with the Plantation Clubhouse within walking distance from residents’ front doors. A private fitness center, sauna room, tennis courts, and pool complex are also available for Sea Grove residents only.
